Through My Eyes

Soooo I figured it was only due time to post on here :) since i havne't really posted since the fourth of july or way before that :) hmm what's been going on in my little life here in ithaca.
Well for starters I got a promotion at work :) I now have set hours and get out right at 5pm.. PLUS i get my own desk and computer :) it's really really nice!... and the bonus part only 1 weekend per month i work heheh sweet!! so yay on that :)
Then had my birthday and totaly redid my style as in hair and everything. If you have seen pics you know what i'm talkign about hehehhehe I absoluly LOVE my hair now :). hmmm i guess i should say what the big news is... heeh Brian and I Bought a house!!! :) Yup we closed on it last week and fully are moved into the new house now :) 172,000 :) 4 bedrooms 2 full baths, a huge living room, kitchen and full basement with a front and back yard :). I LOVE IT :). Who would have thought by 24 years old i have a fantastic job got a promotion and bought a house, as well as... we have a new addition to the family :) we got a dog "Charlie" who's a shepard mix. We love him as much as we love marbles. As brian says we have an "animal kingdom" running around the hose. The dog and cat actually get along really well and prietty much can be in the same room and not hiss or anything. So im taking that as a sign that they can at least tolorate one another for a while. So yeah.. that's what my life has consisted of the past few months, with all the planning and packing, saving money and what not. But yeah, owning ahouse is really cool so far, and it's nice to have all this space. I think the best part is the master bedroom.. it's huge and even has a walk in closet that spans the length of the room!!! :) I'm soo excited we picked a fantastic house i think. If you want ot know when our housewarming party is let me know and i'll send you the invite. Well i should be going we have some stuff to do.. PLUS i want to play Spore i'm soo addicted to that game now. Loves and Hugs! :)

So far the week ended really well :) spent some time with friends playing the new Halo game, and just relaxin. Lately there have been sooo many thunderstorms it's been hard to go out and run, lol. So yeah life has been really Amazing lately!! :) Actualy to restate it has been amazing since probably January!! :) and really well since march because sooooo much has happend. Lets see So far all that's been going on is me searching for a job and what not and of course enjoying being here with brian. Living together is really Amazing, and fantastic. I would have never thought that moving in with someoen you really care/Love is probably one of the best decisions a couple can do. The apartment is really cute now that we have decorations on the walls and what not. Marbles Loves the new place except when she keeps us up all night meowing and wanting to play lol. I love my little kitten! Ithaca is the most beautiful place to live. Spent a good time walkign around Ithaca's falls with Brian and his friends, along with some friends ofmy own. It is very easy to meet people here, with just walking down to the commons or up to lower damn, or one of the many falls that are all around this beautiful valley. This weekend we are off to my parent's and then off to camp for fathers' day :) I got my dad this really funny Einstine poster that I know he will love!! :) not sure if i should get ace a father's day card or not... not sure how that works lol. Things with my parents have been really Awsome! :) I visited them last week for the REALY for life Cancer walk! :). Everythign in my life is just going the way I want to. This comming week i'm goign to start getting stuff rolling for getting into grad school. Somehow I will figure out how to pay for it. I'm not worried because of whatever job i get, and or takin out loans :) I'm confident in whatever I do. At some point i'll put up new pics of the new apartment and stuff :). OHH so i have been hiking a lot :) soon i'll be back down to 100 flat!!! :) Well I gotta get moving gonna get some lunch, and then pack our bag for this weekend :) Yay!!!!

p.s. Anyoen i dont have the addy's for get them too me for my grad party!!!! Loves!!

So last night brian and I went to go see the new Pirates of the Caribean movie :). Yay for Ithaca and it being out a day earlier in select theaters!!! :) It was alright, the graphics and fight scenes were Amazing. Yet the plot is something I think i'm going to have to watch a few times to really comprehend all of the backstabbing going on. Lol if someone is looking for a happy sappy pirate love story this would Not be one of them. It is good for the action, explosions and crazy plot twists. expect the unexpected. But all in all not bad. It even had some funny parts as well as some Amazing quotes that will be used for years to come. The plot though I have to say felt like the writers hadn't finished writing it before the producers and directors were snatching it out of their hands. For instance, where the hell did the plot of Calipso come from, Or what happens to davi jones and Calipso?? Or even the most obvious, anyone have any recolection of where that bloody map came from originally? Or maybe from something brian said that i agree with would be that maybe PTC3 needed to outdo itself as well as Harry potter 5th movie coming out so people would spend more money to see PTC3 than HP5. All in all it's a good action movie, and makes you think, But it lacks on some key points that makes a good movie. Romanticaly this movie failed to be a simple pirate love story, which is WHAT it was originally. But go and watch and see what you think.
